theamericanvoice.com has the constitutional crusader show which begins on Mondays at 3pm and runs for 2 hours and repeats on Wed and Fri. I phoned him (local call in Portland Oregon) and he mentioned 2 things;
1. A bank can not legally own property (and therefore can not foreclose).
2. Look for "demense" in mortgage papers which means they sell you the property then take it right back again, which is also illegal. - The guv took down his web site and, besides his number and address, the only way to contact him is thru either yahoo or msn messenger instant email.
