Hi John,
If your email comments are correct this is indeed a major concern for all property owners in Australia. No damn judge's decision or opinion can take away people's ancient unalienable natural and common law right to private property ownership. And it will be a cold day in hell before I consent to any political laws and mere words on paper attempting to take away individual private property ownership.
I wonder if these dim-witted imbecile judges realise they also destroy their own right to private property ownership with such inane decisions? Undoubtedly many judges own multiple properties or property portfolios valued in the millions, so what is the rationale in making such ridiculous judgements?
I agree with you that anyone who owns private property needs to write and inform the new Labour government and their federal member of parliament of their will regarding the unalienable right of private property ownership. They should not wait for others to do it on their behalf. Every property owner reading this should take an hour out of their time and write that important "My Will" letter.
Jim

Dear Gee,
Yes, a written statement, in the form of a signed letter from the Prime Minister, saying the Australians have the Right to own private property would be the simplest way to quash that ruling by Justice Brereton in the Federal Court of Australia that fee simple has been extinguished.
I'm sure Peter Spencer (who was on the receiving end of Brereton's Judgment) will write to Kevin Rudd for just such a letter.
If Brereton doesn't immediately annul his Judgment, the entire Federal Court of Australia will be exposed as anti-Australian.
Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.

Unfortunately, John, it doesn't say WHOSE right it will be to own private property.
It mustn't be taken for granted that it means 'our' right so it behooves everyone with an interest in property to get the truth, in writing, from this government.
Gee.

Dear Peter,
Re: Your fight for the Right to own private Property.
In your battles in the Australian Federal Court, the Judges have told you that neither you nor any Australian has the Right to own private property and that fee simple has been eliminated.
NOW...............Saturday saw the election of the Australian Labor Party to the Australian Parliament.
Now is your chance to secure the Right for yourself and all of us to own private property.
Why? Because the "National Constitution of the ALP" says clearly in its "Objectives and Principles":-
"the Australian Labor Party stands for the right to own private property".
So, go to it!
Take you campaign straight to the Office of the Australian Prime Minister.
Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.

If you really believe that you own the land then you have truly lost the plot. The ancestors of most Terra Australis citizens primarily came from Europe, Asia & Asia Minor. Our ancestors were strangers to this land and they were never invited here to stay. This includes us. A series of war-ships containing rows upon rows of canons with men in steel bearing guns, knives and swords invaded Terra Australis, with the sole intent of stealing the land that was in the caretakership of the indigenous real flesh and blood men, women and children.
These Aboriginals lived on Terra Australis for tens of thousands of years. They were brutally attacked, terrorised, raped, tortured, traumatised, tormented, humiliated, murdered and terrible Genocide was wrought throughout many regions of Terra Australis. We are talking about supposed European God-Fearing Christians Here. What else were these heavily armed War-Ships and God Fearing Christians armed with steel, knives, swords and guns visiting Tera Australis for, to say "Hello", "we are just nice friendly people from Europe traveling the world on an extraordinary sight-seeing adventure? "
What are we still doing here 237+ years later?
We are all still strangers on this land uninvited.
Where are all the Aboriginals now? There were millions of them here. What happened to their MOTHERLAND, the roots of their culture, their links to their ancestors, their memories, their freedom to express who they were as a people for tens of thousands of years etc? What we see today is the scattered remains of a once very proud and decent people created in the image of the supreme creator of our love (God).
And now we have bickering Europeans, still uninvited strangers coveting the land of Terra Australis complaining about injustices and being mistreated by the same .01% of the population who almost completely annihilated the Aboriginals. Doesn't this sound a bit absurd? The evil burdens of our ancestors will continue to haunt us, to plague us and our descendants, until we make right what has been made wrong for 237+ years now. We cannot escape this horror of a nightmare. The ghost of each and every Aboriginal harmed by our ancestors needs to be healed before we could ever progress forward on this land. Read this article here about Nibiru: http://www.loveforlife.com.au/node/2398 To rescue ourselves from being swallowed up by Nibiru can only be achieved with love.
The day of reckoning is near and you are all wasting your time bickering over land rights. You are all climbing up the wrong tree. The tree we should be climbing up is called love. I still see hardly anyone climbing this tree. Don't be a fool and think that what our ancestors did is not our problem and easily wipe your hands of the past "Its Not My Problem". Generation after generation we all bear the burden of evil ways until it's resolved. We only have a few years left otherwise most of us will experience what happened to the Aboriginals.
What goes around WILL come around.
Only love can save the day and boy what a sacrifice this will be for all strangers. The way things are today with Australian attitudes and behavior, it appears that nothing much will be done by most Australians to remedy the terrible wrongs of our ancestors. When the shit hits the fan big-time just remember this email and the one on Nibiru.
Keep remembering that 99.99% of the population throughout history could never read and write Alphabet CRAFTED Languages until after the years 1780, with the majority not learning until 1900-1930. The other .01% of the population, a very tiny select few (100 per one million) were the only ones who could read and write Alphabet CRAFTED Languages for at least 10,000 years and these privileged "Illumined Minds" (Gods Special People - Gods People - The Chosen Ones etc) were the only ones who recorded all history in their read and write Alphabet crafted languages, and their history recording was completely biased "The Victors Always Write Their History". Basically most of their read and write history including Captain Cook is all rubbish.

Hello Arthur and Fiona, my sentiments exactly. An indigenous elder said to me once "the whites gave us the bible and stole our land". Another was "We now have Macquarrie Bank, but we had the river bank". If only people vibrated through Love, which is caring and sharing and beating as one heartbeat and caring for mother earth by eating simple foods, and we are taught to become custodians of this land. Then people will realise ownership of houses is corporate and ongoing enslavement. rgds Margaret
