If one's legal right to Trial by Jury is disregarded....and THEN, the legal procedure of Challenging the Jurisdiction of the Court is disregarded, the corrupt and Kangaroo nature of the Court is clearly demonstrated and is irrefutable.

THEN it is up to the consciences of the Sheriffs - as to how they act.

If another unknown dog appeared on the scene, a good dog will always stop licking his balls. The instinct to smell another strangers arse is always stronger than continuing to lick ones balls. The comment I made I love your style Jack - As dogs you can come and smell my arse anytime and I will gladly reciprocate” was a heartfelt compliment to you as MAN and inviting you as MAN to really get to know me for who "I really am" as MAN and visa-versa by personally experiencing each other face to face than by assuming things and drifting right of the mark which is what Wolter has had great difficulty with over the past 18 months or so. I have challenged him on every occasion to come through with the solid-gold evidence to back up his claims about my character and personality amongst other unrelated issues he dreams up out of thin air but he has failed on every occasion thus far.

As it stands, Wolter is a dishonorable hu-man with a very nasty spiteful attitude. I have kept all the evidence to remind him of his wayward ways just in case he rears his ugly harm-doing attitude again. Its one thing to stand up for yourself if someone is personally attacking your character and personality and it is another when you are debating/arguing only over the material at hand without making things personal. There are a few who just can't help themselves making things personal. This reveals great weakness in ones makeup as they are unable or are unwilling to love. This is why I always chose to never attack someones character or personality regardless if I agree or do not agree with their points of view. Wolter prefers to create harmful feelings, thoughts, words and deeds just because he wants to and not for any other reason. This has been my experience of him thus far. It appears he will go to his grave like this.
I hope I am wrong. I have repeatedly asked Fiona to stay out of this fantasy issue Wolter con-tinues reinventing for himself. I have never lived with Wolter or had any personal dealings with Wolter or caused any harm to Wolter in anyway whatsoever past or present, don't even know what he looks like or where he lives and what his background is, so where he finds his ugly harm-doing attitudes from is obviously located somewhere only between his ears. What does this say about Wolter? This ugly side to Wolter is a monkey on his back which follows him wherever he may go. When he leaves the room the monkey follows him. The common denominator to Wolter's ugly harmful spiteful attitude across the time he has corresponded with me is Wolter himself.

Jack, let me ask you this... when the dark-side pulls the plug on fiat within 18 months from now (possibly within 13 months) will you be in a position to not be sucking on the nipple of the private corporation fiction? Are you already in a place where you and your extended family will no longer require the private corporation fiction to provide you with food, shelter, energy, transport, education, medical, health etc etc? Also, how will you continue to trade your fruits of labour (or is it slave-labour?) without being in the artificial world of Satan's Fiction-Fantasyland if you are unwilling to be microchiped? or are you willing to be microchiped? Do you already have a community that provides everything you and your family will possibly need without the community being reliant upon Satan's Fiction-Fantasyland?

Also, please consider this. A terrible disease that rapidly spreads throughout ones body of life without immunity, will the body of life survive or will the disease count another fatality? In this same light, what about the disease of pure black evil sublime NWO arrogance spreading throughout all the nations of the Western World, like Canada and Australia, do we already have the immunity in place to stop this disease from achieving two more fatalities shortly?

Do you really believe that Jack Harper arguing/negotiating/requesting proof of claim and offers will stop this evil arrogant NWO disease from continuing to spread throughout Canada until it has been completely taken? If so, please show me the solid-gold evidence that the NWO has been stopped in its tracks in Canada by Jack Harper and is in fact on the back-foot bolting as fast as it can away from Jack Harper and Canada?

Instead we see ourselves as a focused and committed growing apple tree who spent years growing to be ready to produce our first year of abundant fruits to be shared with others. Who cares whether I currently have or have not a drivers license to get around Satan's Fiction-Fantasyland. Our intent, now that we are fully awakened to the truth and can see the enormity of what lays before us as a challenge to inspire (wake-up) millions of Australians and hopefully millions around the world to recreate "community immunity" (Do No Harm-Kin Domain Communities) is what counts. IN FACT IT IS THE ONLY THING THAT COUNTS. Without our true love for each other to create "community immunity" (I am in duty to you and you are in duty to me) we are all stuffed.

The UK Crown employed criminals have made three attempts on my life over these past six years. The judicial criminal, former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, of the Stately Home, "Mirehouse". Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, UK reputed to be a friend of Queen Elizabeth II remains free eleven years have he illegally heard my Durham and Newcastle County Court civil actions and then carried out a catalogue of acts to pervert the course of justice in them. He left a trail of horror in his wake and he remains protected by the UK Crown mob. Criminals do of course often protect criminals. The murder of Princess Diana and Dodi Feyad do require investigation by a truly independent or impartial authority. Former Chief Constable of Northumbria, John Stevens, now named Lord Stevens, a reputed member of the Secret Society of Freemasons. with Queen Elizabeth II as the Patron of it, was never the person to investigate these matters. The murder of Andy McCardle in Scotland also requires an independent investigation. Andy had been collecting evidence of Crown employed officers dealings in drugs involving a Glasgow gang. I saw much of the evidence that he had collected before he was murdered at a State Hospital near Edinburgh. The photographs that I and a colleague took of Andy's body as he lay in his coffin are published on the Scotland against Crooked Lawyers website. Police alleged that he had died of a heart attack at 54 years of age. The Photographs don't show the marks that I saw on the top of Andy's head.

Under Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention UK citizens require access to independent or impartial authorities for the resolution of their criminal or civil rights. The UK has no such authorities. This remains as a blatant violation of the Convention. Why this situation is being allowed and by who also needs investigation by an independent authority. The UK ruling mob very often place the word independent in front of their authorities as the alleged Independent Police Complaints Commission, but they are proved not to be independent. Deceit and deception are the weapons used by our authorities against the people that they are elected to protect.

The ruling judicial mob don't want jury trials because they want the ultimate power over a persons life or death. Jury trials takes that power away from the ruling mobs. These judicial mobs will not willingly give way to jury trials, they must be made to give way by whatever means.

Numbers at yesterday's demonstration were down from those who attended the 22nd October one but it was still a demonstrable lively, happy and exciting time. a "fascinating experience". I truly regret missing the actual start at the London County Courts - the 9 o'clock was too early for me and I went straight to the Royal Courts of Justice - but the demonstration got off to a flying start with the John Michael Kirk, the Flying Vet cruising along in his van with his loudhailer and his banner, "Ever trust a lawyer?" on the front and Paul Talbot-Jenkins in his Battle Bus which is an actual bus like the red London buses with banners about unjustice and crooked lawyers on it and which has a loud "whee! whee! siren on it which nobody could ignore.

Then the whole happy and loud enchillada went and demonstrated too outside the offices of the solicitors who have given Sheida so much trouble with the loud hailer and the Battle Bus which has an ear-splitting siren on it and all enjoyed themselves. It is a pity we cannot hold more demonstrations outside the offies of such solicitors.

For the first time I met Jim Baxter who has been imprisoned three times for refusing to keep silent about his allegations that his property wsa stolen from him. About one of his trials a judge said the fact that the solicitor had lied to the jury in effect made no difference to the result. He put up a poster about this and several of those passing stopped and read it and one contact is going to try and help him.

I gave out leaflets to those going in and out of court. Some of the victims of solicitors said how strongly they agreed with what we were doing, "Quite right". I said to the solicitors/barristers that there were good and bad solicitors and we were demonstrating against rogue solicitors. Some solicitors/barristers pretended that I was not there but most of them took the leaflet in good part and affirmed that that they were the good solicitors. One or two even said that they agreed with us too.

When Sheida and the main group came in the Battle Bus and joined us they gave out their leaflets too and again "the Flying Vet" cruised round in his van which attracted a lot of attention. Many read all the notices brought along as last ime by Sheida, some very savagly worded and a lot of people were taking photographs.

We attracted a lot of attention too when we went on to the Law Society and everyone displayed their posters and the battle bus turned on its blaring siren. No spokesman would come out and speak to us, although Sheida asked, because apparently there was not a senior enough person there to give permission. Later I joined her inside the building and we spoke about our demonstration to those as the reception desk who were very pleasant and interested.

Outside, two policement were watching quietly and they made no move to move us or the van or the bus although the siren had been on earlier. I gave them a card each as I had run out of leaflets, which they each took it with a very friendly smile. 100 single page leaflets cost £5 printed but they soon go.

Well. it was a very satisfying day and enormous thankyous are due to Sheida for arranging it and for bringing all the placards and more importantly so many friends too and the support we got from Paul Talbot Jenkins and M J Kirk, the Flying Vet. I know that some members were not well and the threat of severe weather and transport problems etc kept them away but hopefully we will have another demonstration in the not too distant future. One suggestion was to hire a meeting place in London with other individuals and groups and have a convention and invite the press. The papers were telephoned but no one seemed to be there but there was one independent court reporter who gave me his card.

Since wrting this, someone who runs another group has said that she has been granted an interview with the Lawyers' Gazette. I certainly wish her well and there is no reason why we cannot arrange such an interview later. There might be other publications we could contact directly too. Campaign we must. An Australian said of those who steal property, "Their arrogance is beyond remedy". We must see that it is not.

Condolences for the passing away of Colleen. We still have not received any of the paid-for-up-front documents she said she filed for Fiona and I in America, NZ & Australia in 2006. She was terribly unreliable and after about the tenth phone call around 12 months later/early 2007 we felt that maybe she was lying to us. She lost a lot of trust and credibility with us. However, we send her our love and hold no grudges with her.

I am an heartfelt intuitive, I write in the moment from the the real feelings of soul that I feel. I left school when I just turned 15 and find it almost impossible to intellectually know what I need to say before I write it. I started to fall away from brainwashing-education during the ages eleven/twelve. At primary school up to ages 11/12 I was considered extremely bright and very clever and was generally near top of the class or was top of the class. Only with writing do I still have great difficulty in knowing exactly everything I need to say and have it all worked out before I start to write it. I don't have this problem with talking, I just get going and it just pours out, heartfelt metaphor after heartfelt metaphor.

Against the background of a very young, still child-like standard developed-writing-intellect, those whose intellects have been groomed to a much higher level of polished standards, from ages 16 to 28 School Certificate/Higher School Certificate/University Degrees, they will all seriously struggle in reading my writing "IF" they have lost their link to "FEELING THE HEARTFELT REAL FEELINGS OF SOUL" as they read my works. This is their fault (problem) not mine. Those whose links to soul have not been severed and who are not separated from love are the only ones truly benefiting from my work and it is to them/for them that I write for at this time. I write everything I feel to cover as much ground as possible to provide the best possible image with those who are feeling what I Am feeling. I Am the Soul that I Am, meaning, I Am the REAL-FEELINGS that I Am, I Am the HEART that I Am, I Am the CREATOR that I Am.

What I end up writing is what my link to soul ends up writing. It is what it is. It is perfect in its imperfections. Length doesn't even come into it.

Only one with a loving attitude will appreciate my heartfelt pure and sincere acts of love and will drink and drink and drink from my cup that runs over.

Arrogance, ignorance and fear are the three axis of evil that forms an artificial highly intellectualised and organised persona that completely runs the life of the fiction-hu-man that they are, at the cost of completely disregarding/forgetting their links to the spontaneous heart-felt-real-feelings-of-soul that they really are. Under the power and control of the artificial "organised" con-structs (soulless images formed without love) which form the three axis of evil, an arrogant "intellect", an ignorant "intellect", a fearful "intellect" will come up with a thousand and one justification not to "FEEL" my work and WILL write it off to avoid ever feeling my work. They will always turn away from facing the sun-light, preferring to gaze upon and be amongst the "organized-heavily-structured" shadows of "their own highly intellectualised making". This is what the dark-side vampire of the intellect must always do, "Close the black venetian blinds and draw in the very heavy black curtains" to avoid the spontaneous real sun-light of love from streaming in-to their highly organised and structured artificial lives of fiction (mind-set), otherwise, the darkness that be-comes them ("The Intellect") has been transmuted back into the heartfelt real feelings of sun-light-of-soul, to rejoin with the heartfelt real feelings of soul, and in doing-so, are no longer under the power and control of the dark-side. My work has this powerful effect with anyone who reads and feels the heartfelt real feelings (information) of soul.

You see Jack, those with links to soul empathise with all the imperfections of creation because they know all the imperfections are perfect in their imperfections. This is why they prefer to love what is not perfect than reject their love to what is not perfect and become separated from what they "intellectually" believe is not perfect for them. Those without a link-to-soul have highly developed "organised and structured intellects", dumbed-down or not. Cleverness or being dumb and stupid are just different windows looking in-to the same soulless lives of a hu-man. All highly organised and structured intellects are locked in-to soulless routines repeating the same loveless behavior and attitudes, over and over again, that continues doing harm to their heartfelt links to soul, leading to them doing harm or supporting the doing of harm to self, to others, to nature, to the universe and to creation.

Fiona and I are always completely blown away and flabbergasted watching or reading the heartless routine of a stupid-dumbed-down-human-sheeple. Reading some of the recent replies we received from Christians who parrot off their deeply researched (highly organised and structured intellects without any link to soul-love) of the bible, both old and new testament, feeling the iciness of their justifying brutal intellect as it kicks in and operates upon others, like us, who they deem are imperfect to their perfected, cleverly crafted and practiced (did you notice those two key words of Spell-i-ng Jack?) highly organised and structured "INTELLECTUALISED KNOWLEDGE (know-ledge)". Knowledge means "They Know The Ledge" the ledge that forms their divide and rule, their divide from those not seen as being perfect (not saved - not Christian - not of them) and their rule (arrogance-ignorance-fear) over their divide. Where did all the unconditional love go?

All the information of the truth, of creation, of everything of the universe, regardless of shape, form, colour, sound or distance, comes only through/with heart-felt-real-feelings-of-soul. As MAN interacts with MAN, Nature and the Universe/Creation, the heartfelt information infused in every life-form of creation bounces back its heartfelt information to MAN to expand MANS consciousness of CREATION. This process, this expansion of MANS consciousness completely breaks down when MAN is no longer of love, of soul, of pure and sincere feelings, thoughts, words and deeds and thus becomes a divide and rule hu-man scientist of know-ledge who is cooking, scortching, carving, processing, puncturing, altering, manipulating, polluting, poisoning, damaging and harming creation (love) while being separated from love.

For the time being I feel very greatful for not having a developed "intellect". Those with developed "intellects" are truly heads without a heart doing harm to life and are supporting the doing of harm to creation, to self and to other men, women and children. They are unconscious from love (separated from love) and so are generally ok with harm being done to every life-form that exists today. They will always find a way to justify and be right about their point of view which permits their continued know-ledge of doing of harm and their continued support in the know-ledge of doing of harm to any life-form. Its ok for know-ledge scientists, engineers and financiers to destroy a mountain, a river, an eco system, the air, the atmosphere, the space etc to build a rocket ship to Mars. There are hundreds and hundreds of know-ledge justifications that reinforce their arrogant, ignorant and fearful "DIVIDE AND RULE" state of know-ledge mind. This is why they are called a hu-man (huuuuuu-man - a nothing man - a no thing man - an air man - a man without a link to soul - a MAN that is empty of love due to know-ledge).

Those who still have a healthy strong link to soul are conscious of love and will not allow harm to be done to themselves, to others and to nature. While those without a link to soul who see themselves as individualised know-ledge individuals, completely unconscious of their divide and rule separation from life (love - creation - soul) and who have a highly developed "Intellect" (EGO - Artificial Ghost-Persona - me, me, me, i, i ,i) completely running "their heartless show", are completely in-different with those who still have a very strong healthy link to soul and see/feel themselves as being "always connected with all life", never separated from life (creation). Any harm being done to another life-form/s is seen and felt as harm being done to themselves and so their heartfelt real-feelings of love inspires them to act, to stop the harm being done and to begin to heal the harm being done to any life-form in co-creation with them. It is from this place of love where I do what I do as best as I possibly can to awaken anyone who will feel their heartfelt real feelings of soul. My work of love is the awakening to consciousness, the healing of any link severed from soul. If you take care of love, love will take care of everything else. Help to repair the link (separation from love) and the link to soul (love) takes care of everything else (the life whose link has been repaired).

Basically those being guided by the heartfelt real-feelings of soul (information of creation, information of the supreme creator of OUR Love within every aspect of creation, regardless of size, form, location or distance) are MAN "The Soul That I Am". They are MAN not separated from creation and thus "THEY ARE CREATION" creating images of love (homes, children, families, tribes, villages, communities, food, languages, art, craft, services, goods, systems etc) in the image of the supreme creator of OUR Love (Doing No Harm to CREATION/NATURE/MAN/UNIVERSE through feelings, thoughts, words or deeds - no cooking, scortching, carving, processing, puncturing, altering, manipulating, polluting, poisoning, damaging, destroying, lying, secrets, greed, selfishness, power, control, arrogance, ignorance, fear with CREATION/NATURE/MAN/UNIVERSE).

MAN IS THE MULTI-TASKING HANDYMAN GARDENER OF CREATION.
MAN IS A CREATOR CREATED IN THE IMAGE OF GOD (The Supreme Creator Of Our Love).

While MAN creates, CREATION is being CREATED. While CREATION is being CREATED, MAN is being CREATED. While MAN exists, CREATION exists. While Creation exists, MAN exists. While the Tree exists, MAN exists, while MAN exists, the Tree exists. What the Tree breathes out, MAN needs to breathe in, and what MAN breathes out, the Tree needs to breathe in. There is no separation from love between MAN and MAN, between MAN and SOUL, between MAN and NATURE, between MAN and the SUN, between MAN and the UNIVERSE and between MAN and the SUPREME CREATOR OF OUR LOVE.

It is only the brainwashed MAN who has been transfigured into BE-COMING a stupid-dumbed-down-hu-man-sheeple ("INTELLECT" - A Head Without A Heart), by the evil practice of highly intellectualised black-magic "SPELL-I-NG" to brainwash MAN in-to an unconscious know-ledge hu-man believing the lie that they are separated from love or God, that they are alone and must survive their divide and rule know-ledge lives, that they are apart from creation on a struggling journey to find their way back home, or that they their is no after-life and so they don't create one (how sad and tragic this is), or that they are without any link to love (soul), or that they are a Know-Ledge Christian in need of a divide and rule MIDDLE-MAN-IN-BETWEEN-GO-BETWEEN Saviour or a Messiah or a Second Coming Jesus to bridge their know-ledge belief in their separation from God and SAVE their know-ledge hu-man lives UNTO GOD.

Hasn't any of the billions of Christians or Muslims or Buddhists etc yet worked out that if MAN did not exist there would be NO UNIVERSE, that if MAN stopped to love life that the SUN would fade away and be-no-more? That if there were no trees MAN would no longer exist and CREATION, well Its all gone, all faded away into nothingness? Haven't they yet worked out that if one partner stopped to love the other partner, the relationship will fade away and die? that a relationship can only be formed and continue to be formed while the partners to the relationship continue to love the relationship? that Creation, Nature, Universe and MAN exist "ONLY" due to the uncountable myriad forms of intertwined relationships formed by loving partnerships-friendships-relationships? that the incredible diverse range of life-forms involved in all of creations relationships are always honoring their extraordinary and unique intertwined relationships of love? that if they forget to maintain their heartfelt real-feelings of soul, their relationship to soul will fade away and be no more? that in being a perpetual creator of love MAN is always creating the image of who MAN really is i.e. take care of love and love takes care of the image of MAN?

It is in the act of creating love that we are being who we really are but when we stop to create love we are no longer being who we really are, and instead, have faded away to be replaced by a con-trived fictionalised fantasy version of ones intellectualised know-ledge (The Worship Of The Intellect).

Thanks again for your later item on these matters Arthur.

We have very much the same situation existing here. The common UK saying is " I am all right Jack bugger you". We are not referring to the same Jack. Unless the ordinary UK citizen is directly affected by ongoing judicial corruption etc. they don't usually want anything that they might be able to do to be able to expose such corruption. A lot of them are spineless bastards who think that life is about how good a man can kick a ball around a field or play some other game or other.

Maybe the day will come when they are awakened and realise that whether they know it or not, they are contributing to their own downfall. That time gets shorter for them.

I have been reading so much from EVERYONE who is involved in freedom fights and seems all are so diverse in their viewpoints that it plays into their hands,so no one gets anywhere.Here you are using your ideas then still paying Fionas "fine". John Wilson won't pay any to them and still drives with no licence etc. He sticks to his "guns". I realise your into it etc, but if you must know my feelings ,you write far too much into each and every email that I find it difficult to spend so much time just in reading essays.I realise you are committed but is there a way you can shorten the emails ? That way many more may read through them and you may get a following.Hope this helps in some small way. Good luck.Dick
