Could someone with proof and evidence clear this issue up for me and others please.

Taxpayers paying for advice promoted by the Institute of Taxation Research that Australia's tax laws are invalid and that the ATO does not legally exist are being seriously misled, Tax Commissioner Michael Carmody warned today.
"I am concerned that people are being misled for profit. Some taxpayers are looking to avoid or lessen their tax obligations by paying for advice that all Commonwealth law, including tax law, is invalid and therefore they have no tax obligations," Mr Carmody said.
"We warned taxpayers about relying on such advice over a year ago and a spate of recent court decisions have blasted such arguments finding them 'nonsense' and 'utterly hopeless'
"People who rely on such blatantly farcical advice will find they have not only wasted their time and money but may also face prosecution and heavy penalties," Mr Carmody said .
Decisions in the High Court, the Federal Court and the Supreme Courts of Queensland and South Australia have all rubbished the arguments put forward, variously describing them as: 'spurious', 'manifestly untenable', 'nonsense', 'an abuse of process' and 'utterly hopeless'.
In the most recent case, before the Supreme Court of South Australia, Chief Justice Doyle took the unusual measure of awarding costs against the Institute of Taxation Research Pty Ltd (ITR) despite the fact they were not initially a party to the case.
"In my view there has been an abuse of process by ITR in encouraging the commencement and continuation of this action when it should have been clear that the prospects of success, were non-existent," said Chief Justice Doyle.
Chief Justice Doyle also severely criticised the taxpayer's solicitor for allowing his company to rely on such spurious advice even though the solicitor admitted during the case he knew the arguments would fail.
A number of judges have raised questions about the ethics of legal representatives who raise these arguments.
The Institute of Taxation Research is a private company not a tax professional association.

We all need to go back to where MAN was before the fall from the Garden of Eden. Just as the motto of money promises "Look after your cents and your cents look after your dollars", so does love "Look after love and love takes care of everything else". Love being the creation of your acts of love and setting them free for the benefit of all of life, all of the time.
When two come together to form a relationship they each create the real-life-force-energy of love and bounce the real-life-force-energy of love between them to form (create) their relationship. If one of the partners stopped to love the other the relationship will fade away and be no more. The relationship exists while the acts of love are being constantly created and set free for the benefit of their partners. All of creation exists (creates) in the same way. Creation is the result of willing life-forms, inanimate or not, creating and bouncing the real-life-force-energy of love to form the unnumbered intertwined-interconnected relationships of creation.
Creation is love and love is creation.
As it stands today most of us are too busy being self-centered to be able to constantly create acts of love and set them free for the benefit of our tribes, villages and communities, including our families, our-selves and nature.
Dealing with the fiction on a daily basis makes you self-centered and it is impossible for 99.99% of the population to achieve a true ever-lasting remedy in the fiction because the rulers of the fiction (the real flesh and blood men and women hiding behind the fiction as judges, barristers, lawyers, politicians, banksters, private corporation directors, executives, chairmans, primary stock-holders, priests, popes, kings, queens, dukes, barons, experts, educators, professors etc known as "The Establishment") are unable and unwilling to create acts of love and set their love free for the benefit of 99.99% of the population and nature.
"The Establishment" intends on doing harm to anyone or anything to protect its greedy and selfish standing.
Members of "The Establishment" are not into constantly creating acts of love and setting their love free for the benefit of all of creation, instead they are into the me, me, me, I, I, I greed and selfish power and control trips (monotheism, pyramid-shaped levels of compartmentalisation, institutionalisation, politicalisation, socialisation, culturalisation etc etc). They believe they own you and everything of the universe. You are their property (cattle - Goi) to do what they like with you whenever they feel like it.
"The Establishment" provided no disclosure to 99.99% of the global population when we were all old enough to comprehend and use our freewill to choose what we really wanted to do with our real lives on Earth. In secret and with lies they are terrorists terrorising 99.99% of the global population from the moment all of us were created as MAN (boys and girls, men, women and children) in mothers womb. Vaccinations, chemtrails, 80,000+ poisons and chemicals, fungus, mold, bacteria, viruses, pathogens, toxins, processed foods and water without the pure and sincere real-life-force-energy of love and in its place they provide us with parasites, food colourings, aspartame, msg, hormones, fluoride, chlorine-bleaches etc. But it doesn't stop their, they perpetually attack our minds with their bullshit religions, new age, occults, esoterics, sport, sex, fashion, alcohol, Hollywood, soap operas, news, current affairs, trash magazines, advertising, conspiracies etc etc.
As "The Establishment's Rule Of Law" determines what does exist and what does not exist in their fiction-fantasyland called "The Western-World", they permit on-going terrorist attacks against MAN and Nature with their private-corporation petrochemicals and other harm-doing artificial man-made substances (fiction) polluting the air we breathe, the water we drink, the atmosphere, the soil, the oceans, seas, lakes, rivers and creeks. They use their black-magic fiction inventions, power and control of read and write alphabet languages, bullshit history books, law, fiat, usury-interest, debts, taxes, inflation, insurance, superannuation, workers compensation, charges, fees, fines, penalties, tolls, rates, certificates, permits, registrations, passports, bills, invoices, statements, statutes, the rule of law, government, politics, elections, media, education, university courses/careers etc to attack us and attack us and attack us constantly. Where is freedom? Where is peace? Where is great health? Where is prosperity? Where is abundance? Where is LOVE?
These very sick minds are intentionally allowing the cooking, scorching, carving, puncturing, altering, poisoning, polluting, manipulating, damaging and destroying of Earth, Space, Atmosphere, Nature and MAN. Like mad scientists they chronically mess with our minds, our bodies, our lives, basically everything throughout our lifetimes.
"The Establishment" has never provided any equal exchange of value with 99.99% of the global population for almost 10,000 years. This is why most of us are too busy almost every-day slaving to the fiction to keep a roof over our heads, feed, clothe, school and entertain our children, pay our taxes, mortgages, credit cards, debts, maintain our transport and other interests in the fiction etc etc. Again.... Where is freedom? Where is peace? Where is great health? Where is prosperity? Where is abundance? Where is LOVE? As you can see most of us are too busy being self-centered surviving the ghostly-fiction stories of our lives and our loved ones, "if they are lucky". MAN has been transformed in-to a hu-man (huuuuuu-man) meaning a MAN separated from love, a MAN lost to the fiction, a MAN unable or unwilling to constantly create acts of love and set them free for the benefit of all of life. Where is trust? or empathy? or compassion? or conscience? or "community immunity"?
Fiction represents the death of love (acts of love - creations of love). When we are not creating and setting free our acts of love we are instead doing-harm to ourselves and to creation (MAN, Nature, Earth, Universe). The time we spend at the coal-face, chipping away at the fiction, surviving the fiction, is the death of MAN. Lose your ability to constantly create and set free acts of love and you are separated from love (creation - soul) and will die without any link to soul (love-creation).
Unfortunately after physical death, we have billions of men, women and children completely lost to the hell of fiction, doomed to oblivion as thought-forms/entities because they refused to thread their real-lives as MAN into the loving fabric of creation (reality), and instead, they preferred to enmesh their waking-time into the mesh of chaos (fiction-fantasy-hell). They spent most of their life-time constructing the ghost of fiction that becomes them and so they died as ghosts of the fiction unable to undo all the damage done.
Once a ghost of fiction (darkness) is without the real body of MAN it is impossible for the ghost of fiction to repair all the damage done. Only MAN can create acts of love while a ghost of fiction is unable to do so. A ghost of fiction was created in the image of fiction. While we have the living body of MAN it is not too late for most of us to turn things around. But sadly, billions continue to die without creating MAN and are left only with the ghost of their own making.
Without petrol a car is left stranded. Without water a plant will die. Without love a hu-man is adrift from creation. We are like buckets and our acts of love fills our buckets of life (aura) as MAN. With buckets overflowing we have lots of love to give freely all the time but with an empty bucket we have nothing to share with creation. This is why billions and billions of hu-mans are left stranded here on earth with nowhere to go. There buckets are empty, full of punctures.
Comes the time when the darkness of fiction surrenders to the light of love and are no more.
But not with MAN, when MAN shifts from Earth, MAN is still part of creation (the light of love - acts of love). The buckets of MANS love are overflowing.
The creation of MAN is eternal, is unique and is individual and yet MAN is not separated from love. There is no separation between MAN and MAN, or between Soul and Soul, or between MAN and Soul, or between MAN and Nature, or between MAN and the Solar System, or between MAN and the Universe or between MAN and the Supreme Creator of MANS Love.
The acts (creations) of love we create on a constant basis and set free for the benefit of creation (MAN, Nature, Earth, Universe) is freedom, is peace, is great-health, is abundance, is prosperity, is the creation of our tribes our villages our communities, is the creation of "community immunity" and is the creation of MAN.
The time we spend creating acts of love is the creation of MAN, MAN being created in the image of Love.
Our acts of love is who we really are.
Love is who we really are unless we forsake love to become a ghost created in the image of fiction-fantasy.
While ghosts sit on the bank watching the never-ending river of love flow by, MAN is the river of love, free to go with the flow of creation.
Think of creation as a wave and our acts of love threads our lives into the fabric of the wave causing the wave to continue rolling along forever. If MAN stopped to create acts of love and set them free, the wave will flatten out and be a trickle and inevitably will be no more. When we stop loving our partners, our families, our tribes, our villages, our communities, our nature, our earth, our universe, our creation, we start to abandon ourselves from creation, pulling out the threads of our creation and in doing so we are doing-harm to everything that matters for our real eternal lives.
No one can own love (acts of love) but we have .01% of the population (roughly 100 per one million) adamant that they own love and have arrogantly worked very hard for 10,000 years con-structing fiction to prove it so. How wrong they all are. They all died as ghostly thought-forms/entities of fiction.
This psychic/psychotic sickness of the mind (rebellion against creating acts of love) is HELL. The Dark-Side is all the thought-forms/entities stuck here on Earth, unable to go anywhere but be destroyed once they allow the real light of love to consume them. This stupid-idiot Ancient Egyptian Priest of 10,000 years ago started all this rubbish when he con-ceived and con-structed a carbon-copy image of creation and then copy-righted this fiction as he wanted all glory unto himself. He wanted the world to worship his cleverness and thus began the Ancient Egyptian Cult Of The All Seeing Eye with his children, grandchildren and all descendants until today continuing to worship their founding father known as but not limited to "The Crown", Satan, Lucifer, Ahriman, Moloch, Baal etc. All together with billions of their victims across their recorded ages, they evolved the dark-side. The dark-side is the astral world, is unconsciousness, is the ego, is the intellect, is all forms of harm-doing to creation and is HELL.
To survive the inevitable doom of their ghostly existence.they regularly practice hu-man and animal ritual sacrifices, trauma and fear inducing methodologies to enable their thought-forms/entities to reincarnate through the punctures of the bodies of their intact blood-line families. Satan and his cohorts have been reincarnating for up to 10,000 years now. This is why "The Establishment" permits all the harm-doing upon MAN.
In most cases, going to university is committing spiritual suicide. Men and Women are being trained and disciplined in-to the fantasy world of fiction, becoming lawyers, solicitors, prosecutors, barristers, registrars, magistrates, judges, politicians, big business private corporation devotees, priests, experts, academics, educators, professors, agents etc, all with the intended practiced purpose of con-tinuing the doing of harm to creation (MAN, Nature, Earth, Universe) etc. Unfortunately most victims of the brainwashing mind-control are unconscious of the harm they are doing to to their link to soul, to others and to nature.
When MAN is created in the womb, the intent of soul infuses (burns) its intent becoming the genetic blueprint of our DNA for this life on Earth. The DNA is our real feelings of soul communing to MAN as real feelings of love such as intuition, gut instincts, perception etc. The real feelings of soul expands MANS consciousness of creation as MAN creates relationships of love with each and every unique aspect of creation, like flowers, birds, trees and animals etc.
The dark-side works very very hard to make MAN forget and forsake MANS acts of love which causes MAN to become separated from love, separated from MANS DNA. In a state of separation from love hu-mans are easily under the standing of "The Crown".
