I posted on another thread on this site looking for some background information on Sam Kennedy, yet no one seems to have any verifable information on him.
For example, he claims to be a medical doctor with some "ties" to the state of New York. Yet when I run a search there is nothing. Yes there was a Dr. Sam Kennedy who lived in the 1920s licensed in New York but not one today.
Mr. Kennedy (sorry, but there is NO proof or evidence he even has a college degree) advocates the OID and BIC process. He claims Judges run away, Sheriffs resign from office, attorneys are scared to death of the process, yet I can not find one VERIFABLE case where it has worked. I am talking about the cause number, plaintiff, court, state, etc. Everytime he discusses a case, he refuses to provide this information to "protect" the person using the process. This does not make sense. If it works why does he need to protect the person using the process??? He/she won. What can the courts do to them? If the courts "mess" with them again then the BIC process will be used again against the court. What is it I do not understand?
What I am concerned about is that they did not win. I have heard that several people attempting to use his processes are in jail, which is now why he says his show is for entertainment purposes only. This really concerns me for why would I want to use a product which the seller of (Kennedy) can not endorse. If you were facing a civil or criminal lawsuit, would you take the advice of an attorney which he qualifed with "my advice is for entertainment purposes only'? That what it sounds like coming from Kenney.
I had thought about going to one of his seminars yet you must send in a secret application, sign some sort of affidavit, attend at a secret location, pay a hefty fee, and then receive no guarantee the process works. This does not make sense. Who buys anything without some type of warranty it will work? Do you?
If someone can shed some light on this, I would really appreciate it. Help is not "listen to his show, it will blow you away". Help is VERIFABLE PROOF his process works. There seem to be a number of people who believe in the process, and if so, someone somewhere must have some proof. If no one has any VERIFABLE PROOF, I can only conclude it does not work and this may be something I need to stay away from.

By the way, if you still remember Elaine Brown, the lady dentist who is married to Ed Brown, both who are in federal prision for failing to file income tax returns, she appears to be using Mr. Kennedy's 1099-OID approach to pay off some court costs. The link listed below is from the Clerk of the Federal Court - you can read the letter but I do not think the federal clerk is impressed a bit by this approach. In fact, if I understand correctly, she could and may get another 5 years in prision and at least a $10,000 fine. This seems to be a good "test" if Mr. Kennedy's OID process works. Lets see if someone can produce any verifiable evidence that the feds run away from this issue with Elaine Brown. I thnik she has gotten some very bad advice and may never see the light of day again.

Someone heard Sam say the reason Sam's OID method is not working for Ealine is that Elaine made reference to "1099-OID", which is in all CAPS, and therefore a fiction. Everyone know how stupid that is. He says had she used "1099-oid" (no CAPS), the federal clerk and judge would already resigned, the Director of Prisons would immediately released her fearing the reprisials of holding a "sovern" person, the New York Times would have had a full page editorial exposing the wrongful holding of Elaine, and she would be the democratic canidate for the presidency of the United States. That Sam, is he not some kind of guy? If only Elaine would listen to all of Sam's radios shows.

Debt elimination schemes generally involve websites advertising a legal way to dispose of mortgage loans and credit card debts. Most often, all that is required of the participant is to send $1,500 to $2,000 to the subject, along with all the particulars of the participant's loan information and a special power of attorney authorizing the subject to enter into transactions regarding the title of the participant's homes on their behalf. The subject then issues bonds and promissory notes to the lenders that purport to legally satisfy the debts of the participant. In exchange, the participant is then required to pay a certain percentage of the value of the atisfied debts to the subject. The potential risk of identity theft related crimes associated with the debt elimination scheme is extremely high because the participants provide all of their personal information to the subject.

My wife has been part of the disillusioned few who have fallen prey to the Sam Kennedy scam. She has been kicked out of her home, lost custody of her kids, gone to jail and been convicted of a felony, lost her career as a pre-school teacher after months of filling frivolous documents provided by these perpetuators (in exchange for strings of fees of course) and crazy enough she still follow these group of scam artist religiously.
There also is one keith livingway with a cult-like group of followers working with this con-artist and their peers. they run an anti-government group called sovereigns without subjects siphoning their members of strings of cash for seminars and worth not as they all loss everything they ever worked for.
I am in the process of ensuring that all these group of home wrecking scam artist rightfully end up behind bars(where they usually lead most of their dumb followers into)

I have run a search on Sam Kennedy and can find nothing on this guy. It is like he is a ghost. Sure he has some seminars, but there is nothing on where this guy physically lives, etc. Is "Sam Kennedy" an alias?
If he is or was a licensed doctor, what medical school did he graduate from and what state is he licensed in?
Other than his claims on the radio, which can not be verified, does any one have a case, cause number, court, etc., where any of this has worked?
I have heard that a number of people have used his process and found themselves in jail, some for several years.
I also do not understand the security measures he now has in place at his seminars, in which you send in a secret application, you have to provide some type of affidavit, and then it is held at a secret location. This sounds "fisher" then an agency of the federal government.
Also, I have heard that he works for the IRS, which contracts with him to have people in the Tax Honesty use his methods so that they may be identified easier and prosecuted. This is a bit scary.
I need some guidance whether to learn his methods, yet I can find nothing solid about him or VERIFIABLE results from the use of his methods.
Any help appreciated. (be objective, do not recommend his radio show, I have done that and he will not present verifiable evidence. I further understand his calls are screened anyone wanting proof is not allowed on the air.)

Some have claimed his real name is Gene Berkowitz, found from the obituary of his mother who recently died... If you go back thru old Sam kennedy Transcripts you'll find the date she died, then you can track down the obits in the city she lived in. She was the only elderly woman in her 80s-90s who died that day who survived her husband and had 4 children. One whose is surprisingly the same age as "Sam Kennedy" with the same 'profession' whose name is Gene.
Do your own research to prove it to yourself.

He is attempting to screen who attends his seminars and hid his identity; there are several agencies who are looking carefully at him for a number of causes of action, including the unauthorized practice of law and providing tax advice. It is far more difficult to track an alias down and check his background if you do not have his real name.
If you know, do you have a link to the obit? Do you have a link to the transcript you reference and will you provide it? What city did she live in? While I do not know, I suspect it was New York state, or thereabouts. The difficulity in obtaining the information, as I am attempting to do, is percisely why one uses an alias - to prevent or hinder the truth.
By the way, around 1910, there was a respected medical doctor named "Samuel Kennedy" in New York state, which is the person I suspect this imposter has taken the identify from.

For about $35-50 you could probably get a P.I. to find the info for you (e.g. his real name, his professional licenses, SS#, Date of Birth, etc.). Some say he is some sort of 'doctor of pain' involved in dentistry... involving major jaw surgery or something. Don't know if that makes him a MD or a Dentist. Some say a Chiropractor (are Chiropractor's even licensed?)
Allegedly the city his mother lived in was Albany, NY.

[Unconfirmed story from anonymous source] Right after the Rockland, Mass. seminar he allegedly was taken in by the Dept of Justice. There were 3 agents at that seminar. Allegedly he 'cut a deal' with them and was given documents to feed his future seminar attendees.

His teachings probably make him a promoter of tax shelters as well as giving legal advise for a fee (unauthorized practice of law).
I do not believe a federal agent is allowed to make a false sworn statement, so he is attempting to ascertain the identify of every person before they enter the room. He is such an idiot for all the feds need to do is get a "bug"in his conference room signed off by a judge, and they have everything on tape. Yes, I believe there is probably cause for a judge to sign off; listening to his shows is sufficient to support probably cause. I sincerely doubt the feds have given him documents to distribute to his attendees, his documents are such a joke in their present form I do not know how the feds could possibility improve upon them.
There is no doubt in my mind, the feds are, or will, identify, each and every attendee at his conference. When the feds shut him down, and they will, they will go to his computer and internet provider and track down everyone who has sent him an email at his "hush.com" address or which ever he has been advertising.
To his listeners: He sends out his weekly updates, etc via email to his listeners. He will not protect your identify for he is greedy and uses it as his marketing tool. When they raid his house, he either will not tell you or he will tell you all the email addresses were deleted. In either case, when the IRS or Justice Department comes a knocking on your door, then you will know, but guess what, its too late.

The former comment is not productive. Arm-chair revolutionaries need not apply to this roast of "Sam Kennedy".
The only way solve the Sam Kennedy question is for someone to put their money where their mouth is. The true believers are willing to travel from all over to his seminars to learn at this false messiah's feet. Why aren't the nay-sayer's equally dedicated to bringing this wolf in sheep's clothing down?
The "feds" will not be doing anything beyond what they have already done to ensure "fed" interests. They've already taken Sam in and told him what they want. (Whose idea do you think it was for getting the identity affidavits)? All Sam has to do is hand these over, or the "feds" confiscate them in a raid, and "They" have all they need to round up attendees of Sam's anti-government seminars. Of course, Sam gets immunity for turning over the people to the feds. Even if these people aren't prosecuted, I'm sure the patriot act allows the 'feds' to monitor these people and all who they communicate with.
Someone needs to take the information already shared, hire a private investigator to attend one of Sam's "workshops"... or visit with some former attendees or hotel personnel from his past seminars. That should generate all the evidence needed to expose this "white ant" with some REAL evidence as to his true identity and connection to the feds.

Quite to the contrary, with all due respect, the feds are not interested in allowing a drug distributor go free while the end drug users go to jail. That is what you are suggesting and it is wrong. The feds, or the state, is interested in the "promoter", which is aka Sam Kennedy. A simple application, with some proof of address (gas or water bill), is really all that the "feds" would need to identify an antendee, they do not need a sworn affidatit. The imposter wants a sworn affidavit to prove the identity and proposed use of his BS. I do suspect the unauthorized practice of law issue may be at the top of his concerns; in some states that is a criminal offense.
What would help this discussion is if someone has a copy of the affidavit, post it or provide a link to it.
What the "Feds" are interested in: REVENUE, not 'justice'.
Why the FEDs are NOT interested in arresting Sam Kennedy:
Like all good corporations, the "Federal Government" is interested in growth and profit of the corporation. For the"Feds", this means increasing revenues from convictions by code breakers. GURUs, like Sam, are useful evangelists toward this cause: e.g. enticing otherwise 'law-abiding' citizens into greedy, stupid thinking and bad info resulting in more code breaking... and thus increased revenues for "GOVERNMENT" (inc).
These STING OPERATIONS are long-term minded. You plant/allow the 'white ant' evengelist on the radio. Allow him to teach 90-99% of the truth... but plant several critical flaws in his info. Like any good PONZI-SCHEME, allow a few of his followers to get some initial successes. Then when your puppet, judas-goat leader gains a large enough following allow him to release the WHOPPER that will result in numerous convictions - and thus dramatically increased revenue for the STATE.
This is an OLD story, going back to Babylon. GOVERNMENT always needs 'criminals' to justify its existence and need for expansion. That is why most 'PAYTRIOTS' on the radio spout such anti-government rhetoric! Keeps people distracted from the REAL solutions by enflaming their "righteous indignation" inspiring ANGER (a mind-numbing emotion) resulting in the unstable ones to "go postal".
The Solution? Don't look to 'GOVERNMENT" for your salvation. They aren't going to save you. They are only self-interested in what profits the STATE. For JUSTICE, you need to EDUCATE yourself:

It has nothing to do with revenue and all to do with precedence.
"The Crown" has all the revenue it wants because "The Crown" is the copy-right holder of the invention (the fairytale) of money, thus they can create as much as they want and as they already have 6 billion con-tracted to their fairy-tale, the money (the fairytale value) is accepted for value and returned for value.
"The Crown" establishes a precedence of failures to stop others pursuing the same path. This keeps the sheeple trapped within establishment enclosures.
The Establishment does not want any of their sheeple breaking away from their main enclosure establishing the way for other sheeple to break away until all have broken away, thus the establishment works in the opposite way to establish a pattern of circumstance that becomes the precedence of sheeple failure/punishment etc etc, thus the sheeple gates are kept locked to every enclosure and the fences are raised even higher.
"We Will Lead Every Revolution Against Us" is what it is all about. Many who have suffered at the hands of the establishment are actually members of the establishment willingly being sacrificed. We recently had two NSW Supreme Court judges being sacrificed in the media for parking fines, speeding fines amongst other misdemeanour's.
With all main-stream media (establishment owned & controlled) putting this circus of affairs on the front page day after day, we had uninvited/unannounced investigators/police/government officials breaking down the front door to the home of one of these Judges and going inside late at night/very early one morning.
