Dear Mr & Mrs Cristian, We note you have not replied to our letter of 4 June 2007. Please see attached Summons and Affidavit of Ms Kylie Davies which we intend to file in the Supreme Court tomorrow morning before the Equity Duty Judge at 10am. At that time we propose seeking immediate orders for the removal of the caveat lodged by Mrs Cristian. At present we understand the Equity Duty Judge tomorrow to be Justice Nicholas, who will be sitting in Court 9E. Dear Mr Cristian, Further to today's Court attendance, please see attached Amended Summons which the plaintiff will file and rely upon in Court tomorrow. The only amendment is to provide for withdrawal of the caveat by 2pm tomorrow. Regards Gary
