HONESTY ORGANIZED WORLDWIDE
Honesty Organized Worldwide
The "Honesty International" Project
Aside from a single discussion of some kind at a UNDP meeting in the early 90s, nobody else has ever attempted to operate a non profit cause directed towards issues of moral parity. What I have learned is that when you try to start a new sort of project such as this one, you come into direct contact with the CURRENT hierarchy of "moral authorities" in directly or indirectly, and that means VATICAN.
I personally like the Catholic Church as the moral institution it is supposed to be but the Vatican and Canon Law comprise a rather dangerous and fascist system of economic control over the world. Real faith is about GENUINE morality, and it's not supposed to be a biz-op.
-------------------
This honesty.org - how.org project was first set up circa 1994-1995. I was not sure about what to do, but I assumed that there would be numerous people who would be interested in coming up with new ideas in such an immoral world.
I learned that so far, most people are not self starters, and they are actually immersed in the routines and the control system of the Roman Empire system that still rules the world covertly today. You see, Rome fell apart as an overt military force centuries ago, but it's legal and political system did not. The rulers of this system actually realized that they would do much better if they manipulated various countries and districts against each other, while not revealing who and specifically what system (Canon Law) was really controlling the world.
Starting a new project is not as easy as it sounds because the current authorities are already "right" about everything they do, and upstart projects are "wrong" and unnecessary, so this endeavour has always been in sort of a perpetual test phase... awaiting something idea or direction that might catch on. People don't really want to discuss moral issues because it's too uncomfortable and unauthorized. Radical ideas can get people "in trouble" with their bosses. (This is actually Canon Law at work even though most people have never even heard of the subject).
The project might start turning into something if there was more discussion or endorsement, but so far... people do as they do. I'm getting used to that. But the big-shots and fat cats of the current hierarchy can't and won't endorse any sort of project that is calling for economic parity, because they are ON THE GREED PARADIGM 100% right now.
Yes, our planet is operating as a system that is based totally on avarice, and the legal system behind this backs up totally. The game is "wealth and power", and the actual cooperation that we need to deliver advanced solutions is constantly sabotaged so that a hierarchy of crazy cult leaders can continue to be "powerful" and boss their shell shocked cult followers around.
My them for New Years 2008 is to direct my work toward "Parity Lessons", and then develop the site resources from there... I may do a bit of recording or small-time radio. I have realized that people need some coaching if they are ever going to move from the barbaric and side effect laden greed system back to a parity system of maximum possible cooperation. We all seek to better ourselves, but most people do this by contributing to the problem and chasing money. We should really be tuning our cooperative abilities. Cooperation is ultimately all we have, and the better we are at it, the better the overall results turn out to be. Greed appears to be the solution to shortsighted people, but it's damage far outweighs it's "gains" and in time... with education we will overcome it.
The greed system will fall apart as people finally realize that it is a detrimental system to everyone, even the supposed "winners" and billionaires that serve it. Success at being greedy is not what delivers us safety and great living conditions... it is the criminal mentality that has fragmented the world and has made it the awful place it can be. Most people want to get rich so they can "run away" from the horrors and ugliness of their daily lives. Rather than trying to swindle one's way to betterment, we merely need to recognize the problem and correct what is wrong so we can bring health to every area of the globe. It is actually a healthy thought process we need... and not a selfish one. 6 billion people, all thinking selfish and hostile thoughts can really add up into one big mess that seems unsolvable. Step by step we are going to have to deal with the fear, and retrain ourselves to think fairly. Don't exclaim "it won't work". Try to visualize that maybe it "will work" if we start putting our minds to it.
So... the "Honesty International" project continues. (First incorporated as Honesty International
and later renamed to "Honesty Organized Worldwide" aka how.org)
------------------
The Project remains ON COURSE!!!
The purpose of honesty.org/how.org has always been to try and formulate interest in morality. Spirituality is not just an intellectual or emotional concept. It must also be financial. If we carry within ourselves the evil spirit of greed and avarice we do not respect our neighbors. Greedy people end up lying about just about everything and justifying why they are supposedly doing the correct thing while hoarding money and depriving others. Some believe that it must be this way to survive in a harsh world. Perhaps they should consider that we would not have a harsh world if we weren't greedy in the first place. We would have a cooperative and harmonious world.
There has not been a lot of spontaneous interest over the years in discussing subjects related to genuine morality. A lot of people have been caught up in money making at the expense of the planet for many years. Perhaps this will change at some point in the near future.
There are various secret societies and "mafia" type groups in the world that really frown upon those of us who condemn avarice. These groups are usually working for some kind of misguided purpose that masquerades as good causes. Ultimately we need to ask where all the money is going once in a while.
The world has plenty of resources and everything can be recycled. We are not threatened by overpopulation or any kind of shortages if we manage our world with fairness and wisdom. This does not happen if we are ruled by the spirit of greed. Some believe that war and harsh measures will solve global problems, but these solutions never work. Simple fairness is all we really need. That's all there is to it. A lot of people do not believe this is possible. What they must do is simply to stop assuming that greed is profitable. Understand it as the cause of all the wicked side effects we experience every day. If we change our attitude about greed, and stop viewing it as appealing, we might start our way back to a better world.
So some don't want to see greed condemned, and they fight to protect it. They say that fairness is a threat to us. They claim that it would stifle business and destroy all the good things in life. Is this true, or is it really just a bunch of selfishness?
This site has never developed in a very spontaneous manner. Most people just don't have much faith in what the world could be like if we cast away the greed system. I take it they believe that they'd be losing something by being fair. Nevertheless, at least the site purpose remains on course. Eventually, people will come to their senses and we will try to provide a forum for discussion. If our planet is going to heal, we need to move back to a parity-based social system and we will. It just takes time.
