This is a not-for-profit Class Action Co-operative Trust , whose purpose is to provide the necessary vehicle for We the People, to fight for and defend our rights, regarding our land, our property rights, our water and its quality, our water rights, our civil rights, our food and its quality, our children and their education, our future, our economic and financial system, our banking system, and yes, even our country, which is being surreptitiously, deceitfully, stealthily, secretly and incrementally changed and stolen from us, by dishonest and deceitful corporations, dishonest and deceitful banks, and by dishonest and deceitful governments, sometimes Local, sometimes State, sometimes Federal, and sometimes all three. ABOUT US

The People's Class Action movement was formed, and the People's Class Action Trust was inaugurated, as a result of the now widespread recognition by We the People, of what can easily be seen as the deliberate, secret incremental erosion, - and yes, stealing - of our traditional Christian Australian way of life, our liberties, our rights, our land, our education systems, our common law rights, our freehold land, our financial and banking system, our farms, our electricity, our airports, our roads, our irrigation water, and even our drinking water, by socialist/communist/fascist/globalist governments and big corporations in Australia.

This secret, incremental erosion and stealing away of our freedoms and common law rights can easily be seen by most people, but few people know what to do about it, or how to go about it. Under the present licencing system to practice law, few solicitors, and even fewer barristers have the courage to stand up against the "big boys," whether they be big corporations, or big governments, for fear of either (a) losing their licence to practice (with which they have been threatened,) or (b) losing a possible big client in the future - or both! Their main objective is profit!

Thus, We the People, are left high and dry, with nowhere to go, no-one to turn to, and are deliberately left this way by Fabian Socialist governments, both State and Federal. Their attitude is that of sheer arrogance, with a "we know what's best for you, that's what we are going to do, and you've just got to cop it."

We, the People, therefore, have been left out in the cold, with no solutions - until now. People need to be reminded that We the People, are the government, and the members of parliament are our simply our paid representatives - our employees!

The People's Class Action movement has been formed to give the ordinary people of Australia a vehicle, with which they can fight for their rights, which have been, and are still being slowly, secretly and surreptitiously stolen from us, by the most devious and deceptive means.

OUR FIGHT

Now that you have read our Home Page, and About Us, you will no doubt be at least aware of what we are about, and the legal vehicle we are providing the people throughout Australia, so that at least you have somewhere, and someone, to whom to turn.

We of the People's Class Action movement are already in the process of preparing our first Class Action cases - the first of a number - where there is a clear-cut case of deception, lying, and false representation by certain people in certain places, on a certain subject. We are taking legal advice from various legal people in various places, who are very much on side with us, very experienced, and are very generously giving us valuable advice, upon which we are in the process of acting, and taking legal action.

These legal actions will be heard in the relevant courts in various places throughout Australia.

For obvious reasons, these actions must remain confidential for the time being, but rest assured we are moving as fast as we can.

We cordially invite people of all ages, from all walks of life, from all over Australia, to join us, and become a member, and/or a donor, to assist us in this, the most important fight/s of our, and your lifetime.
