TREASONOUS BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION IN PARLIAMENT THIS WEEK

The proposed legislation to impinge on Trials by Juries is an act of TREASON.

ie:- "Criminal Code and Jury Act Amendment Bill 2008 Minister Shine.

The Government will introduce legislation allowing majority verdicts for some jury trials and Judge alone criminal trials. The introduction of majority verdicts will bring Queensland in line with other states. Juries will have to deliberate for at least eight hours and then satisfy the Judge they are unlikely to reach a unanimous verdict after further deliberation.
Amendments will also allow jurors to separate after they have retired to consider their verdict.

Firstly, the Queensland Parliament is NOT "The Government". The People are the Government. Parliament is under and controlled by the People....and not as you would have the People believe. This alone is an act of deceit and attempted subversion.

Secondly, the Parliament has NO JURISDICTION over Juries. Juries are of the People and People have a higher level of Jurisdiction and make Common Law. Parliament can only make Statute Law. Lord Coke once wrote, "Common law doth control Acts of Parliament and adjudge them when against common right to be void.". And that's the way Democracy works.

Thirdly, the Parliament has NO JURISDICTION of "allowing majority verdicts". Majority is not unanimity. A part of a Jury is not the whole of the Jury. There are twelve Jurors constituting a Jury and each Juror is the equal of his/her fellow Jurors and is the equal of the Freemen, who are parties to the action. No one is inferior to anyone and their value can neither be denigrated nor disregarded.

Fourthly, the Parliament has NO JURISDICTION of "allowing ..... Judge alone criminal (or any other) trials". Only by the consent, which is clear and unequivocal, of both parties to an action can a Court have the Jurisdiction to proceed summarily.

All elements of the proposed legislation are evidence of Treachery. The punishment for Treachery, s.24AA Crimes Act 1914, is "Imprisonment for life".

This is much more than "maladministration"...this is TREASON.
