Dear MP: Official testimony before the 911 Commission by US Transport Secretary Norman Minetta directly implicates Dick Cheney in the 911 attacks. On the video link below Minetta tells 9/11 Commission that Dick Cheney knew the exact flight path of Flight 77 (and did nothing).

Cheney, the US vice president, is not only criminally implicated in the 9-11 attacks but has also rewarded his former employee, Haliburton, with no-bid contracts in Iraq. The idea of 'no bid contracts' for a government in itself is institutionalised corruption.
